1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AxA Agency virtual assistant marketplace located at shop.aurivon.network ("Platform"). By placing an order or using any service provided through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2. Definitions

• "Buyer" refers to any individual or entity purchasing a virtual assistant through the Platform.
• "VA" (Virtual Assistant) refers to the pre-vetted individual listed for hire on the Platform.
• "AxA" / "we" / "us" refers to AxA Agency, the operator of the Platform.
• "MM" (Middleman) refers to an approved third-party escrow service provider.
• "Warranty Period" refers to the 14 calendar days following delivery of the VA's contact information.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase on the Platform. By completing a transaction, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Services Provided

AxA operates as a marketplace connecting Buyers with pre-vetted, ID-verified virtual assistants. Each VA listed on the Platform has completed a multi-step verification process including identity verification, typing proficiency testing, internet speed testing, workstation verification, and voice screening. AxA facilitates the initial connection between Buyer and VA but does not employ the VAs directly.

5. Payment Terms

• All transactions are conducted exclusively in cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, or ETH).
• No other payment methods are accepted under any circumstances, including PayPal, bank transfers, or credit/debit cards.
• Prices are listed in USD equivalent. The cryptocurrency amount is calculated at the time of checkout based on current exchange rates.
• All payments are final upon blockchain confirmation, subject to the refund policy outlined in our Refund Policy.

6. Middleman Services

For Buyers who prefer additional transaction security, we support middleman (escrow) services through the following approved providers exclusively: @henri77, @bluemm, @btzmm, and @laugh. These are trusted, verified middlemen within the OFM community. We do not accept transactions through any middleman service not listed above. MM services are available for Telegram-based purchases only.

7. Delivery & Handoff

• Upon confirmation of payment, the VA's Discord contact information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
• We recommend requesting a manual introduction through our team for a smoother onboarding experience.
• The Warranty Period commences at the moment the VA's contact information is delivered.
• AxA is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses or Buyer unavailability.

8. Warranty & Refund Policy

All purchases include a 14-day warranty period. Refund eligibility depends on the timeframe and documented evidence of VA underperformance. For complete details regarding refund amounts, evidence requirements, and the claims process, please refer to our Refund Policy.

9. Buyer Responsibilities

• Buyers are responsible for providing clear, reasonable instructions and expectations to their VA upon onboarding.
• Buyers must not request the VA to perform any illegal, harmful, or unethical activities.
• Buyers are responsible for documenting any VA performance issues if they intend to file a refund claim.
• Harassment, threats, or abusive conduct toward VAs will result in forfeiture of warranty rights and a permanent ban from the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

AxA acts as a marketplace facilitator and does not guarantee specific performance outcomes from any VA. Our liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the VA, subject to the terms of our Refund Policy. AxA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform or the services of any VA.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AxA Agency and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent.

12. Modifications

AxA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage Buyers to review this page periodically.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AxA Agency operates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation prior to pursuing any formal legal action.
